Hi, I’m Shacorey Dancy.
I believe homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building wealth and creating opportunities for future generations. As a Realtor serving Richmond and the surrounding areas, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence through education, strategy, and personalized guidance.
I have a passion for helping first-time buyers understand programs such as down payment assistance, grants, VA loans, USDA loans, and other financing options that can make homeownership more accessible. I also enjoy working with clients interested in investing, development, and new construction as part of their long-term wealth-building goals.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me creating educational real estate content, traveling, attending local events, or spending time with family.

Hi, I’m Lindsey Ridout. Real estate has always been close to my heart — I grew up around custom homes and now get to bring that experience into helping my clients find or build their dream home. In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, I work alongside my dad’s construction company, where I get to see the process from the ground up — from the first blueprint to the final walkthrough.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family, staying active, traveling spontaneously, and finding great local coffee shops wherever I go. Most of all, I love being a mom to my daughter, Avery. I believe home is more than just a place - it’s a feeling - and I love helping people find the perfect place to call home.

I'm Heather, the team's Office Manager, Listings Manager, and Transaction Coordinator. Anything paper related, file related, MLS related, or real estate related - I handle it! I've been doing real estate since 2005 when I graduated college. When I'm not helping my team and clients with home selling or buying, I'm saving up for my next international trip or learning my next language. Right now I'm on Spanish (language #4! El español ha sido util con nuestros clientes hispanos) and my next trip is Thailand and the Philippines! I have 2 chihuahuas that I rescued and my team has to talk me out of rescuing all the other dogs out there.
